the hotel offered a breakfast bag since i had an early departure it was a definite plus.
the receptionist was not very pleasant during check-in i found that quite unprofessional the room also had a noticeable damp smell i suspect the air conditioning wasn't functioning correctly

the complimentary breakfast offered a variety of options. i found the room to be very clean. the hotel's proximity to the train station was a major benefit. there was also quick access to the airport via train!
the in-room safe was a little tricky to figure out initially.

the front desk offered baggage storage before check-in. the staff provided directions to nearby restaurants. house keeping responded promptly to requests for extra towels with perfect timing.

The location was acceptable. It's close to transport links.
The room was cold because the heating didn't work. staff seemed annoyed when i asked for a toothbrush, it reminded me of they wanted me to use the vending machine instead. That's just bad service.

the room showed wear and tear. i noticed stains on much of the furniture. breakfast had many options, but the hot food was cold. this made the start to my day rather disappointing

unwelcoming receptionistpoor communication
the receptionist wasn't very cute. i asked for an extra pillow and waited over an hour. the communication from reception was poor, and basic facilities like luggage scales were only available at a high cost. it felt overpriced for what i got.
